Fraud, Waste and Abuse Tipline

Maintaining the public trust is our top priority. To help ensure that we provide residents, vendors, and other members of the public with a trustworthy, efficient, effective and transparent government, the city has established an online form and telephone hotline to anonymously report potential waste, fraud and abuse related to city government services and employees.

The service, operated independently from the city, is available in multiple languages, 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Your concerns are important to us, and we are committed to using this reporting resource to hear from you and to address your concerns.

Anyone can anonymously report suspected wrongdoing through the reporting system, including city residents, vendors, customers, and the other stakeholders.
