Kick-off summer with these offerings at the Rockville Senior Center. Celebrate International Day with us and several local sponsors as we recognize cultures with food, music, and dance. An All-Day Exercise program allows you to sample many of the classes offered to help you stay active and healthy. Explore 100 rooms at the "O Street Museum" or a murder mystery trip, "Do or Die Mysteries." You can cool off with the Carnation Players Ice Cream Social, don your apron to cook with Chef Alba or try your hand at printmaking using Soft Kut printing blocks.
The Senior Center is hopping this spring with lots of programs to keep you busy and engaged. Explore your creativity in a special Mother’s Day flower arranging class. Join our 8-week fitness challenge for a healthier you and try a stress reduction/meditation class for a more peaceful sense of being. Take a trip to Annapolis for a day of Chesapeake Bay culinary tidbits, traditions, and history. So many possibilities offer something for everyone!
