Our center has resumed operations and is now open. As part of the new mandate, masks are required for all visitors regardless of vaccination status.
Rockville’s Senior Center is an active facility dedicated to serving those who are aged 60 and older within and around our community. We offer nutritious meals, educational classes and workshops, arts programs, fitness, counseling services and much more. Our large center features a full cafeteria, computer lab, fitness rooms, library, community garden plots, woodworking studio, and plenty of rooms for hosting your next special event.

Get creative during our creativity circle or have a craft escape making flamingos, gnomes, and wine bottles. Enhance your cooking skills with kneading connections, pizzas, and Greek cuisine. Join us as a we remember the 90’s with the opened Senior Center Time Capsule, buried in 1995. Need a little sunshine? Join us for a virtual walk viewing beautiful summer scenery. Whether you’re crafty, techy, athletic, or enjoy learning, we have a class for you!

We are so excited to open our doors again! Our Fall guide is packed with new programs virtually, in per person, and hybrid. Learn special insights on the National Philharmonic through zoom or learn chair tap dance. Come for the Halloween season with a Halloween Brew Thru, Carving pumpkins, or Halloween Costume bash!

The Senior Center Fitness Room is now open with no reservation requirements. Masks are required.
Current Senior Center Fitness Members may use the following centers until the Senior Center has normal operating hours:
Rockville Swim and Fitness Center Gym
The Rockville Senior Rockville Swim and Fitness has opened its doors and have welcomed the Senior Center fitness members to use the gym as well. City of Rockville Community Centers
Games and ActivitiesJoin a game of ping pong or chess in one of our activity rooms. Our activity rooms are equipped for bridge, knockout poker, pinochle and more.
Bocce ball is available outside.
A bus shuttle for City of Rockville residents is available to the Senior Center, shopping, club meetings and more. Call for reservations and area pickup and drop off locations. 240-314-8810.
