**ATTENTION**
Effective April 15, 2022, bidders/respondents will be required to sign up and access the City’s
Collaboration Portal to view, receive updates (e.g. addendums, bid tabulations, notice of intent to
award, etc.), and submit their response to bid opportunities. Instructions on setting up a
Collaboration Portal account is provided in the link below.
Note: It is the bidder’s/respondent’s responsibility to check the Collaboration Portal frequently for
addendums, which may impact pricing, solicitations requirements, terms and/or conditions.
Failure to sign and return an addendum with your solicitation submittal may result in
disqualification of the response. Instructions for uploading bid documents can be found within
the Vendor Client User Manual in the Collaboration Portal under document library or within the
Quick Reference Guides provided below.
To be considered for an award, a solicitation response must be received and accepted in the
City’s Collaboration Portal only BEFORE the closing date and time specified. Late responses will
not be accepted.
