Suffering a loss is tremendous. Why does it feel the way it does? What is supposed to be like? How do I take care of myself while grieving? How do I live my life with this loss? This workshop will address the psychosocial aspect of grieving. Although grief is unique to each person, coping skills and tasks for grieving can be helpful. These will be discussed along with other resources.
