City of Rockville recycling and trash collection will not take place today. Montgomery County’s transfer station is closed due to the weather emergency.
With collections previously scheduled for a day later than usual this week due to the Presidents Day holiday, collections are now scheduled as follows:
- Collections are now scheduled for Friday for customers whose usual collection day is Wednesday.
- Collections usually scheduled for today (Thursday) are now scheduled for Saturday.
- Any special collections scheduled for Thursday are now scheduled to be collected on Friday.
- Friday’s scheduled special collections are now scheduled to be collected on Saturday.
