Description:

The City of Rockville (“City”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supplies and equipment for the complete and satisfactory dumpster refuse and recycling collection and disposal throughout the City.  Contractor shall provide all services required in the specifications. There shall be no subcontracting allowed for this contract.
