The overarching goal of the Community Services Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis is to assess existing and available human services and residents’ human service needs and to provide a recommendation of how to best meet the human service needs. The analysis and recommendation will help inform budgetary decision and resources allocation to meet the current and anticipated human service needs of Rockville residents.  

 

VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING

A virtual, telepresence pre-proposal meeting will be held on TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2023 AT 10:00AM ET. Offerors must register below in order to attend the meeting.  This meeting is not mandatory; however, offerors are strongly encouraged to attend.   Individuals interested in viewing the vicinity of the work are encouraged to do so independently, and in a socially distanced manner, prior to the pre-proposal meeting.  Offerors shall assume complete responsibility and liability for any and all visits.
