Description:

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a fixed price contract to furnish and deliver an estimated quantity of 30,000 flowering annuals to the City of Rockville for planting in the spring of 2024, and the springtime for each renewed year.


The Contractor will be working with the Department of Recreation and Parks.


A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 09/12/2023, at 10:00 AM EST.

All Questions will be due by 09/15/2023, 2:00 PM EST.

All Bids are due by 09/29/2023, 2:00 PM EST.

A Public Bid Opening will be held on the same day.
