Description:

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for PLANT BED INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE from April through October each planting year in designated locations throughout the city.  

The locations and approximate square footage of the plant beds to be serviced are listed in the Bid Portal Excel Document.


The Contractor will be working with the Department of Recreation and Parks.


A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 09/13/2023, at 10:00 AM EST.

All Questions will be due by 09/20/2023, 2:00 PM EST.

All Bids are due by 10/06/2023, 2:00 PM EST.

A Public Bid Opening will be held on the same day the IFB closes.
