The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the rental and service of Portable Toilets and Handwashing Stations for City of Rockville Special Events, as well as in various Recreation and Park locations.

The Contractor will provide for the transport, service, set-up, and take-down of the Portable Toilets and Handwashing Stations.


Solicitations will only be accepted through the online portal in the "Miscellaneous Info" section.


Please be sure to submit all of the required forms with your bid, including the excel pricing sheet, all of which can be found in the online portal.
