A support group is a place in which members support each other through listening as well as through offering tips, suggestions, and advice for a variety of issues.     The City of Rockville, Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and the Montgomery County Collaboration Council will conduct free training on how to identify an opioid overdose and use the rescue drug Narcan (also known as Naloxone) to reverse its effects.
