Few things are more powerful than creating something, especially when it's a creation of your own. So how do you define creativity? Facilitated by an American Lung Association trained instructor, Kerri Donnelly, Director of Business Development/Community Relations/Marquis Health Services, Collingwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The club meets monthly and features educational presentations on relevant topics, including how lung disease affects the lungs, breathing techniques, exercise, talking with your physician, medications and other treatment options. Meets third Thursday of each month.
Naturalists from Croydon Creek are heading out to the parks! Join us as we hike different parks in Rockville and discover the flora and fauna of our city. Hikes will last about an hour and could be up to one mile. Trail quality may vary and bathroom access may be limited.
This is a long-standing, open-enrollment support group in which members support each other by listening, expressing concern, and offering tips, suggestions and advice, when solicited. Meets first and third Thursday of each month.
